Small Group Classes

Our small group training combines the attention to detail from one on one training into a small group class format. Allowing you to experience personal training at a class rate. Each of our four class types have a specific purpose and together they offer every type of workout you need in order to cover all your bases. Our classes are programmed on a monthly basis, giving you a chance to properly learn the routine and track your progress. 

Small Group Class Descriptions

Total Strength 

Don't be afraid of the big weights! Get comfortable with a barbell and learn the foundational moves of strength training. Deadlifts, squats, and chest presses are some of the barbell moves we will master together in these classes. 

Conditioning

& Power

Let's get explosive! We'll teach you all the latest kettlebell moves you've seen trending, combined with learning how to move your body forcefully yet efficiently. We will use every tool needed in order to build this HIIT workout. 

Core Crush

The name says it all. In this core and cardio intensive workout you'll learn all the proper ways to build a strong and stable core. Using traditional flexion movements (think crunches and sit-ups) as well as more modern movements (rotation, carries, antiflexion, etc.) we will redefine your definition of a core workout. 

Muscle Endurance

Let it burn! This class will test your physical endurance (as well as mental). High reps and short rests will ensure you feel the right muscles working during these workouts. With the use of dumbbells and kettlebells we'll be focusing on smaller movements meant to target those specific areas you want to tone.
